Department: Health Services
Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7 AM – 7 PM OR Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7 AM – 7 PM
  • PRN: Day and evening shifts available

💰 Competitive Starting Pay: $24 per hour (pay based on experience)
🎁 Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 for all new full-time LPN and RN hires

🚀 What You'll Do:

  • Provide Quality Care: Deliver outstanding, personalized care to meet the total needs of residents.
  • Leadership with Purpose: Supervise and support CNAs, CMAs, Ward Clerks, and Restorative Aides, creating a respectful and collaborative team environment.
  • Coordinate and Communicate: Ensure care plans are communicated and followed by all staff while keeping residents and families informed.
  • Stay Proactive: Prioritize care, monitor health changes, and report concerns such as medication errors or condition changes to physicians.
  • Administer Medications: Dispense medications, perform treatments, and assist with IV care and tube feeding when needed.
  • Documentation Matters: Maintain thorough records and complete all required documentation according to protocols.
  • Be a Family Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for resident families, providing compassionate communication and updates.
  • Support Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain residents' privacy and confidentiality.
  • Orientation & Training: Assist with onboarding and training new personnel, providing leadership by example.

🎓 What You Bring to the Team:

  • License to Care: Active LPN license (RN preferred).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience demonstrating leadership and "charge nurse" skills.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/First Aid certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Communication Star: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents, staff, and families.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Passion for developing and guiding care teams.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with state and local long-term care regulations.
