Position: PRN
Shift: 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM
Starting Pay: Competitive at $17.00+/hour, based on experience
Bonus: $500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time CMAs

👩‍⚕️ About the Role

As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at Epworth Villa, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our residents’ health and happiness. Working alongside a dedicated team and under the supervision of an RN, you’ll bring comfort, care, and professionalism to everything you do.

🔑 Your Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed and PRN medications accurately and on schedule.
• Keep medication records up-to-date and follow all safety protocols.
• Monitor and document vital signs and other key health indicators.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and workspace.
• Be vigilant in observing changes in residents’ behavior, appearance, and health, and report promptly.
• Collaborate with your team to provide the highest standard of care.

🎯 Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Certification: Certified Medication Aide in Oklahoma.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid: Current certification through the American Heart Association.
• Personality: Upbeat, engaging, and passionate about working with seniors.
• Physical Ability: Able to occasionally lift or exert 50–100 pounds of force.
